New school is ready for the future growth of Lake Stevens

Cavelero Mid High celebrated its ribbon cutting to a crowd of proud students and anxious parents

Cavelero Mid High celebrated its ribbon cutting to a crowd of proud students and anxious parents

Cavelero Mid High opened its doors to more than 1,200 eighth and ninth grade students on Sept. 5, 2007, on schedule and within budget.

The building of the new school was made possible by voters who passed a $65.5 million dollar bond in February of 2005.

On Monday, Oct. 1, the school had its dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony which was open to the public where they could also tour the new school.

Showcasing the 220,000 square foot facility were various city members and district officials including Senator Steve Hobbs...

Despite sluggish 3rd quarter lot sales there still is new construction available in Snohomish County. Polygon Homes is currently building two new developments in the City of Lake Stevens, Crosswater and The Pointe. The two communities vary in housing design and range from 2 - 4 bedrooms designs.
